Once Load Cell detects lifting weight:
- 3D LiDAR is activated to acquire lifting object size.
- GNSS is activated to calculate Hook - Load Bottom distance.
3/3/3 Lifting Monitor
System creates '3m Zone' according to 3m from load edge. AI Camera will monitor if there are anyone in 3m zone. When 3m zone is clear, system will count down from 3. If lifted after countdown, no alert will be triggered
Ground, Rooftop, and Pit, Alert as Required
During lifting, 3D LiDAR will keep activated to calculate Load Bottom - Ground distance.
Once detected lower than 10m, both 3m zone and 7m zone will be activated for AI Camera to detect ground personnel.
Safety for All
Ground worker will receive sound and light alarm from smart hook. Operator will see visual alarm on monitor. Manager will see video and text alarms on cloud platform.

Yes! We are preparing for the adaptation from tower crane to crawler crane.
Is AI-Lift a LG (Lifting Gear)?
Yes. AI-Lift itself has a S.W.L (Safe Working Load) of 30 ton. All the lifting components are with authentic certification from Labour Department. And First time Form 6 and Form 7 RPE certifications will also be provided by Lighthouse.
